- Know HTML. I can teach you some CSS, FTP, PHP and other skills.
- Either a current URL or at least be able to email some examples of your mad skills.
- MSN or email is best so we can talk coolness.
- No porn, racism, excessive swearing... you've heard it before.
- Don't mess up the server by uploading music or video files. I have unmetered, not unlimited space!
- Cutenews isn't allowed, it's a crappy script. If you don't know how to use any other system, I'll teach you how to use FanUpdate, and install it for you if you're too lazy.
- You must link me on every page of your site, like I'll do for you.
